Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ersolin (“the Service”), operated by Racoon2e (“we”, “us”). Ersolin is a trading name of Racoon2e. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Ersolin runs open-weight image and video generation models on GPU hardware we rent. You supply prompts and, optionally, your own images, video, audio or LoRA files; the Service returns generated media. Results are probabilistic and may fail; a failed generation is refunded automatically.

2. Takes and payment

Usage is metered in Takes, a prepaid credit. You buy Takes in top-ups of $5 to $500 via Stripe; the rate per dollar is shown before you pay. Every generation shows its price in Takes before you run it, and that is the amount charged. Purchased Takes do not expire. Promotional Takes (signup and first-purchase bonuses) are granted at our discretion and carry no cash value.

If you enable auto top-up, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method for the amount you set whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set. You can turn it off at any time on the billing page, and a declined charge turns it off automatically.

Takes are not refundable for cash except where required by law or at our discretion. If a card payment is refunded or charged back, the Takes it bought are removed from your balance, which may take it below zero; new generations are paused until the balance is positive.

3. Your content

You keep whatever rights you hold in what you upload, and you own the outputs the Service generates for you, to the extent the applicable model licence and law allow. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including any person’s likeness used in face-swap, lip-sync or character-swap features. We may remove content and suspend accounts that we reasonably believe infringe rights, depict minors sexually, or are used to harass, defraud or deceive.

We store your uploads and outputs so you can retrieve them; you can delete them from your generations page, and deletion removes the files from our storage. We do not train models on your content.

4. Models and third-party terms

Each model is distributed by its author under its own licence, and we run only models whose licences permit commercial use. LoRAs you load from Civitai or Hugging Face are subject to those sites’ terms and the LoRA author’s licence; you are responsible for complying with them.

5. API

API keys are secrets you are responsible for keeping. Requests made with your key are charged to your account. We may rate-limit or revoke keys that are abused.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as-is. GPU capacity is rented on demand and may be unavailable or slow; queued generations are refunded if they cannot run. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
