Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what Ersolin (a trading name of Racoon2e, “we”) collects when you use the Service and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile image Google provides. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider.
- Content: the prompts, settings, images, video and audio you submit, and the media the Service generates for you.
- Billing: a Stripe customer identifier, your payment history (amount, date, what it bought), and, if you enable auto top-up, the brand and last four digits of your saved card. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe does.
- Usage: the generations you run, what they cost, and technical details needed to run and debug them (which GPU processed a job, when, and any error).
- Provider tokens: if you add a Civitai or Hugging Face token to download LoRAs, it is stored encrypted and used only to fetch the files you request.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not train models on your prompts, uploads or outputs.
- Your generations are private to your account unless you share them yourself.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes payments and receives your email and payment details. Convex hosts our database and files. RunPod provides the GPU servers that process your content while a generation runs; your inputs are sent to a rented GPU for the duration of the job and the outputs are returned to our storage. Vercel serves the website. Each acts as a processor on our instructions.
Retention and deletion
Uploads and outputs stay until you delete them from your generations page, which removes the files from storage. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting. Closing your account removes your content; billing records are retained as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see and delete your generations and uploads in the app, download receipts from the billing page, and manage saved cards through the Stripe customer portal. For access, correction or deletion requests beyond that, contact us using the details on your Stripe receipt.
